I absolutely adored Ruth and Simon's day. They hired me for only a few hours so I met them as they came out from their ceremony, that didn't stop me from peeking though the window and watching it for myself!
When we all got out it rained - a lot. But luckily the rain completely cleared by the time we got to 99 Mary Street and the sun was shining for the rest of the day so all was well.
I do love 99 Mary Street, it's such a lovely little venue and the guys who run it do a damn good job of it. The catering on the day was by The Milestone and the 3 course dinner was out of this world (I love my job) but it didn't end there, oh no! Evening food was also provided by the same guys so this time, Craft and Dough, PIZZA! My pizza had frazzles on, perfection!
Ruth and Simon were an amazingly welcoming couple, they included me so much on their day that I felt like one of the guests by the end of it. During the day we even got gatecrashed by a gang of Morris Dancers, I can think of worse gatecrashers.
It was a great day, Ruth and Simon even got told by 99 Mary Street that they were the loudest wedding party they've ever had. It sound like they must have had a great party!
