Melissa & Matt | DIY Outdoor Ceremony, Tipi in the Peak District

Mel & Matt had the most beautiful wedding in a private family owned field out in the Peak District. Then went against all of the weather odds of England and had an outdoor ceremony with the most beautiful floral arch made by Frances & Rose.

The weather was totally on our side as it was GLORIOUS sunshine and absolutely no need to wear a jacket and most definitely the need to wear suncream.

The ceremony was beautiful, the weather was beautiful, the setting was beautiful, it was just basically a totally beautiful wedding. I loved absolutely everything about it! Mel had made pretty much everything to do with the wedding, it really was the most DIY wedding and all the hard work definitely paid off as the tipi just looked stunning.

I think my favourite moment of the day though is when me and Mel were shoved onto the back of a tiny little buggy is all I can describe it as and driven down some very precarious hills. We laughed A LOT! But also feared for our lives a little bit...

Thank you so much for having me there guys, I absolutely adored your day and wish you the best of luck in the future.

A magical day. The prayers we sent heavenwards were answered. We were truly blessed. We shed tears, most importantly we laughed all day long. A lot of hard work from a lot of people really paid off. A day that will be remembered forever.
